HY5205T is an dedicate silicon implementation on TFC protocol. HY5205T system provides high reliability and cost-effective solution for TFC applications.
HY5205T integrates CC/CV loop compensation, cable drop compensation and control scheme inside silicon. It has OVP, UVP, OTP and D+/D- OVP protections. To satisfy system power consumption requirement, HY5205T design minimizes quiescent current to meet standby power consumption of power adaptor.
HY5205T is available for SOP8 package.
