HY1603C is an intelligent digital multi-mode Flyback controller. The newly developed architecture is inherent features to meet regulatory requirements from around the world.
HY1603C integrates rich protections and features such as, slope compensation, VCC over voltage protection, transformer short protection, sense resistor short protection over-temperature protection.
HY1603C is available with the SOT23-6 package.
