HYC3601 is an intelligent digital multi-mode Flyback controller integrated with 650V E-Mode GaN. The newly developed architecture is inherent features to meet regulatory requirements from around the world.
HYC3601 integrates rich protections and features such as, slope compensation, VCC over voltage protection, transformer saturation protection, sense resistor short protection, over-temperature protection, over load protection, output over voltage protection.
HYC3601 is available with the SOP7 package.
