HYC3655 is an intelligent digital multi-mode Flyback controller integrated with 260mohm 650V GaN. The newly developed architecture is inherent features to meet regulatory requirements of the industry.
HYC3655 integrates rich protections and features such as line compensation, slope compensation, transformer short protection, output over-voltage protection, VCC OVP, overload protection, over-temperature protection, brown in and brown-out.
HYC3655 has 4 options:
HYC3655G/E: 89kHz switching frequency
HYC3655H: 130kHz switching frequency
HYC3655X: 200kHz switching frequency
HYC3655 is available with the DFN6x8 package.
